This mix can be added to stir fry, soups and mushroom sauces. Reconstitute: To Reconstitute: Soak in 8-10 ounces of warm water or liquid per ounce of dried mushroom mix for 20-30 minutes or overnight. When they are fully reconstituted, strain through a coffee filter or paper towel and retain the liquid for your recipe or future use. Rinse well to remove any debris and pat dry and use. This mix has dried black trumpets, chanterelles, hedgehogs, matsutake, morels, porcini and shiitake.
