Lobster mushrooms are a great addition to a great variety of dishes for flavor and color. They are a very mild tasting mushroom, yet they have a meaty texture. Add to stir fry, soups, meat dishes, poultry, fish, etc. They are excellent sautéed with butter and garlic. To Reconstitute: Soak in a cup of warm water or liquid per ounce of dried mushrooms for 20 minutes or overnight. When they are fully reconstituted, strain through a coffee filter or paper towel and retain the liquid for your recipe or future use. Rinse well to remove any debris and pat dry and use.
